Language Training for Employees

Courses for employees are tailored to meet your team's language needs as efficiently as possible. Your team's needs form the basis for the course and are identified through a robust needs analysis conducted with SMEs at your company. In the US, most employees need an intermediate level of English to carry out routine job functions in English.

Language Training for Managers

Courses for managers can focus on an individual's needs or a group's. As with employee courses, we conduct a two-stage needs analysis with SMEs at your company to identify the manager(s) needs. Managers generally require upper-intermediate level English or higher. As with all of our courses, language training for managers can focus on general English, business English, or industry-specific English (e.g. English for Medical Purposes, English for Construction, etc.
